Sage padded out of Roots den and sat outside all of the kits sleeping soundly inside. She sighed glad to have a break from their ever lasting energy and sat down quietly as she watched the sun slowly sink below the citys shadowed silhouette.

(Thanks for making Root's den for me. xD I forgot to)

Root padded in the den and laid down in his nest. Nightmare and Shade crouched beside Sage, not speaking to each other.

Sage looked up and purred lightly, and licked the kits on the forheads and of course they tried to pull away but she began to groom them both holing them.

(Hum, I'm going to make the kits males/females.)

Root licked his mate's ear lovingly.

Sage purred lightly and lick his cheek after smiling at him. She was glad she came here and glad her mate was Root despite what others thought. Even though so say he's rough around the edges she believed there was some good in everyone and she held onto that.

He smiled and sat down, wrapping himself around her. He shivered slightly, the cold morning air getting to him. "It's cold in here," he mewed and tried to keep her warm.

Ophelia padded in and purred, laying so close to Root she was almost ontop of him. She entwined their tails

She purred and nodded replying to Root. "Yea, it is." Sillhouette woke up pushing her sister Envy as she streched opening one of her bright yellow eyes.

He smiled happily at his two mates, purring.
